5. Domain name transfers are generally carried out free of charge.
6. A domain will not be transferred out if there is an overdue balance.
7. You must not use 4QL's services for anything that is illegal, offensive, obscene, defamatory, etc.  If you do then you will have to accept full responsibility for any liability that results.
8. You may not send spam or viruses through these 4QL's services.
